I was surprised to experience such a buggy application from such a big and well known company. First I had a mistake in my name that took such unbelievable effort to correct: I had to send them my cc and ID images partly covered etc. Even after that they forgot to delete my mob number so I cannot use it anymore. And even after registering my second mobile tel. I was not able to reserve a taxi nor to delete my credit card data. It was giving me “Unknown error”!. I switched to similar japanese taxi online company without any problem. So much for Uber. Cheers.
